제1조 (목적과 효력)

이 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다. 이용자가 서비스를 이용하면 이 약관과 개인정보처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 운영자는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 시행일 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 공지합니다.

제2조 (서비스의 내용)

• 생활서비스 연결: 고객이 요청을 등록하면 해당 요청을 수행할 수 있는 헬퍼와 연결하고, 채팅과 기계 번역을 통해 의사소통을 지원합니다.
• 학습 서비스: 수학·영어·한국어 학습 콘텐츠와 학습 기록, 무료 및 유료(프리미엄) 이용권을 제공합니다.
• 운영자는 서비스의 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 사전에 공지합니다.

기계 번역은 참고용이며 정확성을 보증하지 않습니다. 중요한 내용은 반드시 상대방과 직접 확인하시기 바랍니다.

제3조 (이용자의 의무)

• 타인의 정보를 도용하거나 허위 정보를 입력하지 않습니다.
• 법령, 공서양속 및 이 약관을 위반하는 요청·메시지·후기를 작성하지 않습니다.
• 서비스의 정상 운영을 방해하거나 보안을 우회하려는 행위를 하지 않습니다.
• 요청 접근 링크와 계정 정보를 안전하게 관리합니다.

제4조 (계정과 만 14세 미만 이용자)

학습 서비스의 회원 계정은 만 14세 이상인 사람이 만들 수 있습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동은 법정대리인이 직접 가입하거나 법정대리인의 동의를 받아 가입해야 하며, 동의 없이 가입한 계정은 삭제될 수 있습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동은 개인정보를 서버로 보내지 않는 게스트 모드를 이용할 수 있습니다. 회원은 언제든지 탈퇴(삭제 요청)할 수 있습니다.

제5조 (헬퍼)

헬퍼는 자신이 제공하는 서비스의 내용과 품질에 대해 책임을 지며, 서비스 이용 시 법령과 운영자의 안내를 준수해야 합니다. 운영자는 헬퍼의 승인·제한·해지를 할 수 있습니다.

제6조 (요금, 결제 및 환불)

• 서비스 이용 요금과 결제 방법(계좌이체 등)은 결제 안내 화면에 표시합니다.
• 유료 이용권은 결제 확인 후 지정된 범위와 기간 동안 이용할 수 있습니다.
• 청약철회 및 환불은 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 등 관련 법령과 운영자의 환불 기준에 따릅니다. 환불 문의는 이메일로 접수합니다.

제7조 (지식재산권)

서비스의 콘텐츠(문제, 해설, 디자인, 소프트웨어)에 대한 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있으며, 이용자는 개인적·비상업적 학습 목적 범위에서만 이용할 수 있습니다.

제8조 (책임의 제한)

운영자는 천재지변, 불가항력, 이용자의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 장애에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 헬퍼와 고객 사이의 서비스 수행 결과에 대한 책임은 일차적으로 해당 당사자에게 있으며, 운영자는 분쟁 해결을 위해 합리적으로 협조합니다. 학습 서비스는 학습 성과나 시험 결과를 보장하지 않습니다. 법령상 제한되지 않는 범위에서 운영자의 책임은 직접 손해에 한정됩니다.

제9조 (준거법과 분쟁 해결)

이 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되며, 서비스와 관련한 분쟁은 민사소송법상 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

Article 1 (Purpose and effect)

These terms take effect when posted in the Service. By using the Service you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. The operator may change the terms within the law and will announce changes at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days if they are unfavourable to users).

Article 2 (The Service)

• Life-service matching: when a customer registers a request, we connect it with a helper who can carry it out and support communication through chat and machine translation.
• Learning: math, English and Korean learning content, learning records, and free and paid (Premium) access.
• The operator may change or stop part of the Service and will announce material changes in advance.

Machine translation is a reference only and its accuracy is not guaranteed. Please confirm important matters directly with the other person.

Article 3 (User duties)

• Do not use another person's information or enter false information.
• Do not post requests, messages or reviews that violate the law, public order or these terms.
• Do not disrupt the Service or try to bypass its security.
• Keep request links and account credentials safe.

Article 4 (Accounts and users under 14)

A learning account may be created by a person aged 14 or older. A child under 14 must sign up through, or with the consent of, a legal guardian; accounts created without consent may be deleted. Children under 14 may use guest mode, which sends no personal information to our servers. A member may close the account (request deletion) at any time.

Article 5 (Helpers)

Helpers are responsible for the content and quality of the services they provide and must follow the law and the operator's guidance. The operator may approve, restrict or terminate a helper.

Article 6 (Fees, payment and refunds)

• Fees and payment methods (e.g. bank transfer) are shown on the payment page.
• Paid access is available for the stated scope and period after payment is confirmed.
• Withdrawal and refunds follow the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the operator's refund rules. Send refund inquiries by email.

Article 7 (Intellectual property)

Rights in the Service's content (questions, explanations, design, software) belong to the operator or the rightful owner. Users may use it only for personal, non-commercial learning.

Article 8 (Limitation of liability)

The operator is not liable for outages caused by natural disaster, force majeure or the user's fault. Responsibility for how a service is performed between a helper and a customer lies first with those parties; the operator will cooperate reasonably to resolve disputes. The learning Service does not guarantee learning results or exam outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, the operator's liability is limited to direct damages.

Article 9 (Governing law and disputes)

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved by the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
